Individual & Group Therapy
Tailoring my approach to each client’s unique needs is at the heart of my practice. I utilize evidence-based therapies to address challenges, including anxiety, depression, grief, relationship issues, stress, emotional dysregulation, and ADHD. Some of my modalities include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Family Systems, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy.
I offer in-person and telehealth options.
Individual Therapy
Sessions last 45 to 50 minutes. I offer a calm, welcoming environment where clients can feel supported and empowered to face life’s challenges with confidence.
Group Therapy
Group therapy sessions typically last 60 minutes. They are offered to children and teens. Participating in a group can ease feelings of isolation and foster a sense of solidarity, reminding each person that they are not alone in their struggles. Group therapy provides a safe and supportive space to both give and receive encouragement, nurturing an environment that promotes personal growth and healing.
